Become a Mental Health First Aider- Classes are Free!

Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. This training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support.  Both classes are for adults.  Youth Mental Health First Aide is designed to teach parents, teachers, family members, caregivers, teachers, neighbors, social workers and other caring adults how to help an adolescent age 12-18 who is experiencing a mental health or addiction challenge or is in crisis.  Adult mental health First Aide gives you the skills to  reach out and provide initial support to an adult .
