The MPSD Community Connections team is planning to celebrate Mental Health & Wellness Month in May.  They are excited to share that they are planning a community Mental Health & Wellness Walk on May 17th from 11:00 am-1:00 pm at Rubick Field (rain location: JFK Fieldhouse).   They also have a t-shirt available for purchase.  All proceeds generated will benefit the MPSD Community Connections fund; which is used to support their Caring Closet and also supports their weekend food backpack partnerships.

How can you help and/or get involved?

• Promote!  Purchase a shirt to show support, share the flyer (attached) with your friends, colleagues, community, on socials
• Volunteer for their community walk.  They have openings for set up (9-11), helping during the walk (11-1), and clean up (1-?).  
• Staff a table or booth to represent your community agency and engage with families as they walk around the track!
• Make a donation; we are accepting raffle prize donations (baskets, items, or financial resources.)
