We are officially accepting nominations for our annual 4-H Awards, ranging from the Lifetime Volunteer of the Year to the Community Servant Award. These honors celebrate the individuals and organizations that make our program thrive, and winners will be recognized at our upcoming Spring 4-H Awards Celebration.

Award Nomination List

______4-H Lifetime Volunteer of the Year – Recognize 4-H volunteers who demonstrate exemplary service to 4-H while promoting service through volunteerism as both an opportunity and a privilege for several years.

______ 4-H Volunteer of the Year – Recognize 4-H volunteers who demonstrate exemplary service to 4-H while promoting service through volunteerism as both an opportunity and a privilege this past year.

______ Individual Friend of 4-H – Recognizes an individual who demonstrates exemplary service and support of 4-H

______ Organization Friend of 4-H – Recognizes a business or group who demonstrates exemplary service and support of 4-H

______Teen Leadership (Can be nominated only by a fellow teen or an adult) – Recognizes a teen who demonstrates exemplary leadership or has grown as a leader.

______4-H Alumni – given to an individual who, at one time, was a 4-H member and currently shows much support for the 4-H Program

______ Community Servant Award – Recognizes a 4-H member or club for their community service
