Whether you sing, dance, or play an instrument, are part of a theater group, want to practice public speaking, or wish to demonstrate a fun skill, the Creative Arts Festival is the event for you! This year, we’re excited to introduce a new 4-H Pledge Speaking Competition open to grades K-5.
