Are you a dairy youth in Manitowoc County and have an interest in learning what to look for when you select animals to show at the fair? Dairy judging is a skill that teaches you decision making skills and communication skills. We practice once a week and go to farms to judge different breeds of dairy cattle. There is a contest in the summer to see how you rank amongst your peers.
