PULLORUM TESTING by the Manitowoc County Poultry & Rabbit Committee

PULLORUM Testing – All poultry except pigeons must be certified Pullorum-Typhoid free. Exhibitors must have proof that their birds are pullorum free when bringing them in on entry day at the Manitowoc County Fair. Exhibitor must also submit a copy for permanent record. When purchasing young birds, ask for paperwork (documentation) stating the animal is pullorum free. Birds must be tested at least three (3) weeks prior to the Fair.

Testing Dates:
Location: Poultry and Rabbit Building on Manitowoc County Expo Grounds

• Monday, June 16, from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm
• Friday, July 11, from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm
• Tuesday, July 22, from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm

Anyone not having proof of testing cannot bring birds into the fair. This is a federal law. No testing will be done at fair.

There will be no fee charged for Junior Fair Exhibitors. Please Note: The Poultry and Rabbit committee and Manitowoc County Expo are not responsible for testing outside of the specified dates and times listed above. All testing must be done by July 31. Must bring premise ID number on testing dates
