Glean Manitowoc was created by young people in Manitowoc to make it easier for low-income people to eat healthy foods.  In August 2023, when the group made this video, they had collected about 150 pounds of food. By the end of the 2023 farm market season, they had collected over 3,500 pounds of food from the Downtown Manitowoc Farmers Market!  Now the group is working with farm markets in other communities to start collecting and redistributing leftover farm market produce from their farm market.  Want to help?  Contact Laura Apfelbeck laura.apfelbeck@wisc.edu
