The Manitowoc County UW-Agriculture Alumni Association Board is pleased to announce that
up to $1,000 scholarships will be available for students from Manitowoc County enrolling in their
first and/or second year* in agriculture or life sciences degree programs at the University of
Wisconsin-Madison, Platteville, River Falls, Green Bay or Stevens Point, or in the Residential
Farm & Industry Short Course at UW-River Falls.

Each applicant must return the attached application form to the Manitowoc County
UW-Extension Office, c/o the “Manitowoc County UW-Agriculture Alumni Association”, P.O. Box
935, Manitowoc, WI 54221-0935, by March 15, 2024. The Selection Committee must also be
provided with three letters of recommendation by that date. Instructions for those writing letters
of recommendation are included on an attached sheet. Selection will be based on the
application and the letters of recommendation. Winners will receive 3 complimentary tickets
to the UW-Ag Alumni Banquet on Tuesday April 16th, 2024 and should plan to attend.
