LTC will be hosting two workshops: “Beef it’s What for Dinner” – beef
quality and processing with Dan Roehrborn, butcher and owner of D&D
Meat Processing. Followed by the “Marvelous Cow Udder” with Dr.
Lindly Reilly of Cedar Grove Vet Clinic. Plus, get your YQCA training
done by joining Angie Ulness, UWEX Wisconsin Dairy Youth Specialist,
before the workshops start.

1) Registration will start at 8:15 for YQCA
2) Registration for the workshops will start at 9:15
3) Events will be located on the 2nd floor of the Ag and Energy building (entrance A1 or A4)
4) For all accessible entrance and parking lot use entrance A4 on the west side of building.
