Cost: $5.00 per member. Includes all 3 sessions. Money will be collected on the day of the event.

Sessions: Each session will be one hour long, and members will pick one activity per session. Youth can sign up for one session, two sessions, or all three sessions. Cost will be the same whether the youth choose one or three sessions. The sessions are open for all members grades K-13.
Session 1 – 9:00 – 10:00 AM
Cookie Decorating – Let’s get festive and decorate cookies for the holidays. We will make buttercream frosting and decorate cookies.
Ornament Painting – Using acrylic paints on wood, create a special ornament for your Christmas tree or to give as a gift.
Holiday Stained Glass Craft – We will transform simple picture frames into glowing, winter holiday-themed faux stained-glass art!
Rock Painting – Rock painting is a creative and enjoyable activity where you can decorate rocks with various designs, patterns and images using paint.
Wool Painting a Scene (grade 3 and above) – Felting needles are used to anchor the wool to the background. This can be displayed with a wood frame.
Session 2 – 10:00 – 11:00 AM
Pinecone Art – We will transform natural pinecones into charming holiday decorations by adding wooden beads, felt, and simple accessories to create festive characters and dangling gnomes.
Cookie Decorating – Let’s get festive and decorate cookies for the holidays. We will make buttercream frosting and decorate cookies.

Pillow Making – Using a sewing machine, we will make a simple pillow.
Kinusaiga Fabric Art (grade 3 and above) – We will be taking fabric scraps to create a Holiday Artscape. No sewing, just pieces of colorful fabric tucked into grooves of Styrofoam. You will be able to choose between a tree and an ornament.
Session 3 – 11:00 – 12:00 PM

Puppy Chow – Get ready to mix, measure, and make a delicious treat!
Pillow Making – Using a sewing machine, we will make a simple pillow.
Diamond Art – Diamond art can be a fun and relaxing way to enjoy art. Diamond Art is applying tiny rhinestones to a preprinted adhesive canvas picture.
