Join the Manitowoc 4-H at the Manitowoc Public Library for a Trunk or Treat. If you would like to help out or be part of the Manitowoc 4-H “trunk” please reach out to Katrina Pionek, katrina.pionek@wisc.edu. We are looking for 4-H youth to help hand out “treats” to the kids.
