The Manitowoc County Association for Home and Community Education (HCE) is a non-profit, educational, and service organization. Membership is open to all individuals without regard to race, sex, color, ethnic background, residence or economic circumstances.

Nitrate Screening at the Manitowoc County Fair
HCE collaborates with the Manitowoc County Soil and Water Department to assist them in an effort to increase the number of private wells tested each year.

HCE Scholarship Applications
Youth Scholarship
2022 HCE Student Scholarship The Manitowoc County Association for Home and Community Education will award two $500 scholarships annually. Applicants may be seniors in high school or college students continuing their education. Applicants must be sons, daughters, or grandchildren of a current Manitowoc County Association for Home and Community Education member. This scholarship can be used for any field of advanced study. The deadline to apply is April 1st of the current year.
