Manitowoc County Soil and Water Conservation Department, in partnership with UW-Extension Manitowoc, Forage and Land Stewardship Council, and Country Visions will be hosting a Fall Field Day on October 18th. Attend this event to see first-hand how cover crops are being used in Manitowoc County to reduce runoff and improve soil health and water quality. Also learn about partnerships in conservation, red and green flags of credit, and advice to take back the farm. Lunch will be provided!
